What’s a Novelty Store?
It’s where personality meets purpose. A novelty store is your go-to for unique, personality-packed finds that make you smile, spark conversations, and remind you that life’s too short for boring. Think of us as the home for empowering, witty merch you didn’t know you needed but now can’t live without.
Shipping Time: 5-7 Business Days
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, but please allow up to 3 business days during peak periods.
Our refund policy lasts 30 days, and only covers defective items or items damaged in transit. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds & Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at info@theselfcareagenda.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include pictures of the damaged items. Upon receipt, we will send out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
The Self Care Agenda is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, The Self Care Agenda will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
